Policies

Event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Bridal bookings require a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice; inside that window the deposit is forfeited.
Bridal trials are held from the Croydon studio, strictly Wednesday–Friday.
All prices are non-inclusive of GST. Sundays & public holidays incur a 15% fee on the total quote.
Travel, parking, additional artist and early start fees are quoted per booking based on location and timeline.
Hannah completes a maximum of 7 services alone; larger parties require an additional artist ($220).
Please arrive on time — bookings more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
